Terms of Use
These Terms of Use apply to MajorVoid.com and Major Void games, including Three of Six when distributed through Reddit.
Effective: September 11, 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or playing a Major Void game, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site or games.
2. Personal, lawful use
You may use Major Void games for personal entertainment and other lawful purposes. You may not use the games or website to violate applicable law, interfere with the service, bypass platform or security restrictions, distribute malicious code, or intentionally disrupt other users' access.
3. Ownership
Major Void's original game designs, code, text, branding, visual presentation, and other original material are owned by Major Void or its creator unless otherwise stated. Third-party material remains the property of its respective owner and may be used under separate licenses.
4. Music and third-party content
Some Major Void games use licensed music or other third-party resources. Those materials are not granted to you for separate reuse simply because they appear in a Major Void game. Credits and attribution information are available on the Credits page.
5. Reddit and other platforms
If you access a Major Void game through Reddit or another third-party platform, your use is also subject to that platform's terms, rules, and policies. Major Void does not control the availability, moderation, account systems, or policies of third-party platforms.
6. Game availability and changes
Games, puzzles, features, rules, difficulty, statistics, and availability may be changed, updated, reset, or discontinued. Local game progress can also be lost if browser storage is cleared or unavailable.
7. Fair play and automated use
You may not use bots, scripts, exploits, or other automated methods to manipulate public statistics, rankings, rewards, platform programs, or other systems where doing so would create inauthentic activity or an unfair advantage.
8. No guarantee
Major Void games are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, preservation of local progress, or that every puzzle will be free from ambiguity. If a puzzle appears incorrect or ambiguous, feedback is welcome.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Major Void and its creator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the games or website.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as Major Void grows or its features change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
